In this module you'll complete our industry-best operational assessment - the Operational Excellence Assessment (OEA). The OEA is a 200 point inspection & audit of your business - where we'll dive into all aspects of your current state of operations. The result from this will impact decisions, quarterly goals & priorities, and team focus in future operations; as well as future modules.

We'll wrap this phase with a Time Utlization Audit to get a clear picture of how your time is currently being spent. The Timeline Caters to You

The Accelerator is a cohort based program, where we attempt to group similar organizations into the same cohorts to sync timelines, lines of effort, and enhance accountability.

There are also options for a DIY version of the course (so obviously the timeline to completion is completely dependent on you), as well as the Growth RAMP VIP package which is a done-for-you option (which would decrease the effort needed on your team).

As a Guideline - generally speaking, there's over 500+ hours of effort directly tied to streamlining operations (and this comes before any serious integration/automation or coding work). And naturally, the larger the business and team size, the more this number increases.

However, just as each business is unique, so too are the specifics (and time required) for each effort. For example, an agency with one service offering will often need to invest less time in optimizing processes and automating manual tasks than an agency with 5 different service offerings. This is also true for work already completed (e.g., an agency that already has a documented North Star and Cultural Keystone vs one that does not).
