The OEA is a comprehensive evaluation tool designed to identify strengths and weaknesses in your business operations. It covers key areas such as operational efficiency, scaling and growth, strategic planning, team management, financial management, and more.
What insights does the OEA provide?
By completing the OEA, you'll gain a clear understanding of your operational capabilities and areas that need improvement. But we don't just identify the problems - we also provide a tailored plan of action based on your score. This plan will guide you on the steps to take to enhance your operations, whether that's refining existing processes, implementing new systems, or engaging a fractional COO.
Is it free?
YES. Currently, there is no charge. Our intention is to help those who are struggling with their operations and/or are not sure where to start or focus their attention. Obviously if you find it valuable, we hope you think of us when you embark on optimizing your ops ;)
How often should we take this assessment?
Honestly, this is up to you. Our recommendation is to revisit the OEA once a year to check progress and develop a plan of action for attacking the highest priority blocks to operational excellence, and incorporate them in the coming year's pillar goals.
